Sports Reimbursement procedures

Students from IMU Clinical Campuses are allowed to apply for subsidies in five types of sports games as listed below. For each campus, there will be a predetermined maximum amount that can be reimbursed each month.

(i) SEREMBAN CAMPUS

Total Amount Allocated : RM400

Sports entitled for reimbursement :

  • Badminton
  • Futsal
  • Swimming
  • Squash

 

(ii) BATU PAHAT CAMPUS

Total Amount Allocated : RM150

Sports entitled for reimbursement :

  • Badminton
  • Futsal
  • Swimming
  • Gym

 

(iii) KLUANG CAMPUS

Total Amount Allocated : RM150

Sports entitled for reimbursement :

  • Futsal
  • Swimming
  • Gym

**For Gym, students will only be given reimbursement on ENTRY TICKETS. Membership fees are not entitled for application of subsidiary.


 

Amount of Reimbursement

The proportion of reimbursement to be given is as below :-

Total amount (on a single receipt) of less than RM20 = 50%

Total amount ranging from RM20- RM50 = 40%

Total amount of more than RM50 = 30%

eg,

If there was a receipt with total amount of RM15, the student will receive reimbursement of RM7.50.

If there was a receipt with a total amount of RM90, the student will receive reimbursement of RM27.00.


 

HOW TO APPLY ?

Seremban Campus :

Drop the relevant receipts at the receipt box. Do not forget to attach your name, cohort, phone number and bank account number!

**All the receipts shall be given BY THE END OF EACH MONTH as late and incomplete application will not be entertained.

**Reimbursement will be given within the first week of the following week.

 

Batu Pahat and Kluang Campus :

Submit the necessary documents to our coordinators in each campus. Similarly, the documents should be handed in to the coordinators by end of each month.

 

Representatives of ME112 :

  • BP – Edmund
  • Kluang – Bindhu

**Documents needed :

  • Relevant receipts
  • Attendance Sheets (Name, student ID, Cohort, Phone number and bank account number)

**Incomplete application will result in delayed process or failure of reimbursement.
