Part-time staff positions at the Library (10 Positions), ITS Department (5 Positions), and Student Services Department (SSD) exist and are open to all IMU students. The rates are RM8 per hour.

If interested, do approach the respective departments during office hours!

Library Department*

Monday to Friday: 5.30pm to 10.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed

*There is a limit of 18 hours per week that any student may work for this department
*This department is ideal for students on holiday and waiting for transfer to their partner universities

ITS Department**

Monday to Friday:
7.30am to 8.30am
12.00noon to 1.00pm
1.00pm to 2.00pm
6.00pm to 9.00pm

**In addition to working hours, part-time staffs also assist in ITS Department projects (eg. Installing new computers, re-imaging computers, Academic Council Meeting, IMAC etc.)
** There is no limit the the maximum number of hour that any student may work for this department
