For security and updating purposes, a password change is mandatory every semester for all IMU students. Once changed, they are allowed to keep it until the following semester, where they will be required to change to another password again.
Should a student, by any means, lose their password, they have to seek for a password reset at the ITS department, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To avoid this hassle ALL students are encouraged to use the IMU Password Changer. You will be required to set a password response through the IMU Password Changer during your first time using it, after that, you may use the IMU Password Changer’s ‘Forgotten Password’ option to change your password when it is required, or when you have forgotten your password! Isn’t it great?
Besides using the IMU Password Changer, you can also choose to change your password on any IMU computers. Follow these steps:
- Log into computer at E-Learning Lab, or Library.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete all at the same time to bring up a pop-up with six options at the bottom.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter current password, new password and confirm new password, and press OK.
- Password is now changed.
